Ok, so there haven't been too many updates from the land of little people lately. Let's just say we've been traveling down the yellow brick road...
To try to catch you up on everything would just be craziness, sort of like missing a whole season of your favorite show (gasp!). So we will just pick up on the premier of Season 4, say sorry you missed most of Season 3, and there aren't reruns...
Up to date, need to know info:
We now live in Sherman, IL. It is amazing and wonderful and quite unexpected.
We will be married for 4 years July 9.
Micah is loving his job.
We have found a church home: Calvary Temple
Nicole is getting connected here and there, but really just trying to take it easy, they say the hardest things in life are getting married, having kids, moving, changing jobs, etc. etc. and let's just say, I've been through the ringer and am taking a break to truly enjoy my blessings.
Micaiah turns 3 in a few weeks. She has planned her whole party out on her own and is totally excited. I can't believe what a big girl she is now.
Nicolae just turned 1. Wow. He has a little man haircut, he is starting to talk (I want...) and is running non-stop all the time. He is getting into a little habbit of biting, but we're working on it. Really he is a sweetheart with too much energy!
We have a dog named Clyde and a fish named Sir Walter.
Hopefully now I can keep you loved ones caught up. Missed you!

How much can a boy eat???
Ok, so Mr. Underweight eats like a heavy weight. What’s the deal with that?? I heard that boys eat more than girls, but check this out:
Yesterday
Breakfast: Micaiah - ½ piece of toast, 1 egg Nicolae - 1 ½ piece of toast, 1 egg
Lunch: Micaiah - ½ grilled tomato and cheese sandwich, picking off the tomato and leaving the crust Nicolae - 1 whole grilled tomato and cheese sandwich, plus Micaiah’s leftovers
Dinner: Micaiah - ½ homemade burrito Nicolae - ½ homemade burrito plus Micaiah’s left overs
The kid eats more than me and gets this little round hard belly…I didn’t think the eating thing started until they were teenagers! What am I in for???

Finally...an update!
It is here! Spring Cleaning! This year should be interesting, with two little ones running around…at least we just moved, so there shouldn’t be as much accumulated JUNK. But, can you believe it, this is our 6th month here?? I can’t believe it has been so long already. We (or should I say “I”) are going to try to paint as well, because this house really needs it. So…wish me luck this spring with these great goals! We’ll see how far I get before Micaiah tries to “help” or Nicolae eats something. Hopefully I can start having regular updates on here again…sorry that I got off track! It was a hard winter health-wise. Just to let all my relatives know, esp. all my sisters-in-law and Mamalou that read all these, I love you!!!

Be On the Alert for DINOSAURS!
It is true...they have returned...Dinosaurs are roaming at night...
About 3am this morning we were awakened to a blood-curdling scream.."GET IT OUT, MOMMY, GET IT OUT!!" it was Micaiah obviously. IT was a Dinosaur in her bed no less. So between Daddy, Eeyore, and I, we were able to chase that big bad bully away so she could sleep...but i got the rest of the story this morning. "It was really tall," she explained," and it flew around my room, fffew, fffew! And then it fell on my bed, really hard. It said ow! "
So there you have it folks, Lock your doors and windows at night, or you might have a tall, scary Dinosaur fall into your bed in the middle of your sleep!

My Kid has an Addiction
I have finally come to the realization that many parents have to come to eventually. It is hard to face, especially when you have those feelings of guilt and you feel as if it were your fault or you could have done something...my son has an addiction. He is at it constantly. At first, I thought, "Oh, it isn't that bad. It's only once or twice, he can quit whenever he wants." But now, this addiction has almost cost him his life twice, he has begun stealing to feed his habit, and he cannot control himself when around it...my son is addicted to eating paper.

I am Thankful
Well, looks like I have a lot of blogging to catch up on. Everyone and their mother-in-law (hehe) wrote a blog in the last couple days...which I don't have time to read this morning. So bear with me, I will read them eventually...
I just wanted to say that I am thankful for YOU! And just to let you know how very thankful I am for you, I am going to name you. If you aren't mentioned, don't worry, I am still thankful for you!
I am thankful for my husband, Micah David Anderson
My children Micaiah and Nicolae
I am thankful for my parents, Ted and Vicki.
My grandparents, Grandma P, Grandma F, Nanny, and Grandpa Bill and Pierrette
I am thankful for my parent-in-laws, Terry and Marylou
I am thankful for my sister, Jessica
My brother-in-laws, Mark, Matthew, Luke, John, Joshua and Matt K. to be.
My sister-in-laws, Jordan, Chandra, Mandy, Molly, and Kristi
My nieces and nephews, Isaac, Noah, Gracie, Isaiah, Asher, Levi, Caedmon, Addie, Nehemiah, Jude, and 409 (Abijah and Iaian)
My friends, now here is where it gets tricky and if you aren't on here and should be I am so sorry, Susan, Ashley, Lindsay, Emily, Marci, Melissa, Amber, Earl and Laurie, Paul and Patti, Bekah...oh, goodness, there is no way I can name them all, so if you consider yourself my friend, THANK YOU, because I know it isn't easy!!
I am thankful for our churches, and for their leaders, Dan and Gwenna, Ken and Carolyn, Bobby
I am thankful for our homes and provision from God, food, water, $, health
I am SO thankful for my health.
I am thankful for His strength and guidance.
I am thankful (gulp) for our country, our freedom, and our leaders. I am thankful that I can trust in my Lord that He can move the hearts of Kings, and therefore has the ultimate say over Obama.
I am thankful that all of our husbands have jobs, especially my husband's job.
Dear Christian, wherever you are in the world, whether I know you or not, I am THANKFUL for YOU!
